LU JONG
“With the fine cleansing in the key points of pranas, nadis, and bindu,
Having the wisdom experience of the four joys of exaltation,
Manifesting the levels of the four kayas in this life,
Go, seizing the throne of genuine deathlessness!”
Lama Padma Dorje Rinpoche
Dear Yogins of Inherent Radiance!
Please join me for an experiential exploration of Lama Padma Dorje Rinpoche’s practice of Lu Jong (training the body), known as, “Refining The Body For Longevity - A Gift of the Splendor of Immortality.”
Over the course of eight weekly online meetings, you will learn and practice all aspects of the sadhana, including meditation, mantra, pranayama, and physical exercises.
In his commentary on the practice, Rinpoche writes:
“If you carry out these instructions continuously, your elements will be in balance, you will have few illnesses, your mind will be clear, you will age well, and your longevity will be extended. In particular, any deviations in your subtle channels and energies will be corrected so that your mind can rest in its natural condition. This will be a support for meditative stability - calm abiding and so forth - and so is worthy of being practiced by all, young and old alike.”
